• Consolidated Material Extraction
In-house equipment is used to separate the can from the consolidated material so that it can then be machined to the required dimensions within alotted tolerance.
It also allows us to machine whatever can parts are required throughout the powder consolidation process.

• Complex Part Geometries
Proprietary processes allow us to create fully-dense materials in geometeries that are not reproducable through standard machining operations and from materials not compatible with lost-wax or other foundry/casting processes.

If you have any powder consolidation requirements, let us help you meet them.
